is only a short 5- minute walk to Saugatuck's downtown on Lake
Street. Centrally located, everything is
assessable from Lake Street including the SCA
Saugatuck Center for the Arts with downtown Douglas only a 10 minute walk across the
bridge. Bring your camera because the early morning and evening shimmers on the
waters of Lake Kalamazoo are breathtaking.
The home was built circa 1880 during the time of the Western Michigan lumber barons, over the decades the home
has gone through a myriad of reconstruction and restoration efforts. We are currently completing 'The Project' and continue to fine tune the landscaping and two Koi ponds including the small woods.
